Should an incident occur, please follow the procedures below so as to facilitate our processing of claims.  Please Immediately notify Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Shanghai of the incident and report it to the police (if criminal offence is suspected). Meanwhile, please take the necessary measures to minimise the loss or damage.
